Cheersquad Records & Tapes are excited to release ‘The Velvet Affair’ the next single from power pop maestro Wesley Fuller. It comes with a fabulous clip, celebrating mid-century modern, and Wesley playing all the instruments (a nod to the fact that he wrote, performed and mixed his new album all by himself).

Wesley says:

“Another track from my 2013 “just arrived in Melbourne” pop-sike swag bag. Although this one leaned into Fleetwood Mac territory with stacked harmonies, moody electric piano and a punchy, mid-paced drumbeat. Like “Everything is Strange”, I demo’d this song for my band Rolloways, but we never re- recorded it as a band. So I thought I’d give this one another go.”
